FAQ

Do I need to get a copy of an accident report?
Generally, no. Your insurance company will request this on your behalf.
I was involved in a vehicle accident on private property, such as a school, shopping center, gas station, etc. Do I need to get a police report?
If you are in an accident, please contact 911, even if the accident was on private property. Although this is a civil matter between the two drivers, an officer will be dispatched to collect information and ensure each driver exchanges information.
How long does it take for a report to be available to me on the website?
The time in which a report takes to be available depends on the complexity of the incident. Reports are submitted and have several steps to make it to the point where they are available to the public. If your report is not available, check back the next day.
