Home Update: July 19th, 2022 Public Hearing Notice

The Village of Chesaning will be holding a public hearing on July 19, 2022, at 7:30 p.m. to seek public input on the proposed adoption of ordinance amendments to prohibit the acceptance of new marihuana facility license applications except for approved and/or licensed land currently owned or leased by existing, licensed marihuana establishments as of July 1, 2022; and to establish an annual review of the marihuana licensing ordinances. Interested parties can examine a copy of the proposed ordinance amendments at the Village website, www.villageofchesaning.org, or at the Chesaning Village Offices (218 N. Front Street).
