Run Water Notice 1-28-2019

We are officially lifting the run water notice that was issued last week. Residents no longer need to run their water to avoid frozen service lines.
If you ran your water and need your March bill adjusted, please call the office at 989-845-3800 after you receive your March bill. We will not accept adjustment requests until after March bills are sent out.


Due to the cold temperatures, customers using 3 units of water or less per month are advised to run one faucet with a steady flow the size of a pencil lead to prevent lines from freezing until further notice.

Adjustments will be made to bills, however to receive an adjustment you must contact us after receiving your March bill. Adjustments will not be given automatically.
